UAF is committed to providing a value adding accreditation service and aim to maintain the highest standards in all our activities with our conformity Assessment Bodies and all the stakeholders.

However, we recognise that on occasion it may be necessary for our conformity Assessment Bodies, or those using accredited services to raise a complaint with us.

If you are a third party who has concerns about the activities of a UAF, or you are a conformity Assessment Body who is dissatisfied with our service:

UAF is committed to providing a value adding accreditation service and aim to maintain the highest standards in all our activities with our conformity Assessment Bodies However, we recognise that on occasion it may be necessary for our accredited conformity Assessment Bodies, or applicant conformity Assessment Bodies officially request UAF to reconsider any contrary decision UAF has made associated to its desired accreditation status by submitting an appeal in writing to GM Accreditation within thirty days of the decision along with all the necessary documents in support of the appeal.

UAF welcomes any feedback about UAF activities or about UAF customers and their activities, whether it is an expression of satisfaction or a complaint, or misuse of UAF Logo or misleading references to scope of accreditation.
